An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Parish Council Administrator to work closely with our Parish Council Clerks.

This is a part-time position of 18 hours per week, with flexibility regarding working times. The role includes general administration, managing social media and the website, and attending some evening meetings.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

  • Administrative and IT experience
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Knowledge of parish council work, or a willingness to learn

A clean driving licence is essential.

The role is based at the Parish Council Office next to Langton Green Village Hall. The starting salary is £15 per hour for 18 hours per week. Mileage on Council business will be reimbursed.
