Councillor Richard Ellery

Richard Ellery was co-opted to Speldhurst Parish Council in October 2017. He was later elected as Chairman of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Governance and Highways Committees.

Richard moved from the New Forest to Speldhurst with his wife and son in 2013. He commutes by bike and train into London each day, where he works as an IT Architect.

In his role as Parish Councillor, Richard is keen to be able to give something back to the community, ensuring that the area maintains its unique benefits and character for future generations, whilst ensuring that the Council continues to offer its residents good value.
