SGN have been in touch today with the following update:

Our Engineering work was completed on Friday and we have begun work to reinstate the area around our site.

For everyone's safety, Speldhurst Road remains closed to motorists in both directions between Lampington Row and Winstone Scott Avenue. A signed diversion route is in place for affected motorists.

All being well, we expect to be able to safely reopen the road by midday Thursday 5 October.

On behalf of SGN, and our contractor, WCB Utilities, I would like to thank you all for your patience while we carried out this essential work.
