KCC have advised that they have closeed Barden Road, Bidborough from today, Monday 10th February, for up to three days. This is to enable drainage repairs to be carried out by KCC Highways. The road will close between the junctions of Bidborough Ridge and Friezley Lane. The alternative route is via Barden Road, Speldhurst Hill, Penshurst Road, Poundsbridge and Poundsbridge Lane, so expect more traffic on the road around Speldhurst village.
