UPDATE - Road closure Speldhurst Road, Langton Green

SGN have advised the following:

"Our investigations have found the gas main along Speldhurst Road to be in poor condition. To avoid having to return at a later date to repair future leaks, we've agreed to replace 243m of our gas network with new plastic pipe. This work is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete.

For everyone's safety, Speldhurst Road remains closed to motorists in both directions between Lampington Row and Winstone Scott Avenue. A signed diversion route is in place for affected motorists."
