Local road closures week commencing Monday 30th June

A reminder to keep checking One.network for road closures.

Together with the main A264 Langton Green to Tunbridge Wells Road, there are also local road closures this week.

There is one on Farnham Lane between the junction of Burnt House Lane and Hole Farm, closed today, Mon 30 June - Fri 4 July (inclusive) for KCC drainage works. And another on Newlands, closed for the day tomorrow, Tues 1 July for KCC carriageway patching.

We try to share up-to-date road works details as we receive them, but with emergency closures, we don't always know about them until they've started. However, mos utility companies and KCC do seem to update One.network in real time.

We do often ask KCC to reconsider their plans when they schedule several road closures at once, but have not been successful this time.
