We are delighted that our application to Kent County Council's Helping Hands Scheme for a £1,000 grant towards the running of Langton Pavilion Community Hub at Langton Pavilion was successful. The Helping Hands Scheme is funded by Kent and Medway Public Health, and we'd like to say a big thank you for their contribution, which will help us continue to provide a space for The Community Hub in partnership with Thrive Langton carry out their important work in providing wellbeing resources to the local community.

The Helping Hands Scheme also funds free online mental health awareness training by the mental health charity, Mind. If you attended Thrive Langton's recent events about adult and young people's mental health, we think you’ll find these upcoming courses (intended to equip participants with the skills and confidence to address mental health concerns in their communities) really helpful.

You can find links to the Mid Kent Mind website below, and we encourage you to book on to these free sessions if you can.
