Councillor Richard Ellery

Richard Ellery was co-opted to Speldhurst Parish Council in October 2017. He is Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Amenities and Governance Committees.

Richard moved from the New Forest to Speldhurst with his wife and son in 2013. He commutes by bike and train into London each day, where he works as an IT Architect.

In his role as Parish Councillor, Richard is keen to be able to give something back to the community, ensuring that the area maintains its unique benefits and character for future generations, whilst ensuring that the Council continues to offer its residents good value.
