Helen Chater - Deputy Clerk

Helen is employed as Deputy Clerk and although she doesn't live in Speldhurst parish, she's just over the border in Groombridge where she's spent most of her life.  She has two children and four young granddaughters who keep her on her toes.  In her spare time she enjoys dancing, baking and volunteering with Samaritans.  

She's passionate about community and helping to preserve and enhance the beautiful area we call home.  She is very happy to be supporting Speldhurst Parish Council in making the parish a fabulous place to live.
