Councillor Caroline Davies

Caroline Davies was co-opted to Speldhurst Parish Council in July 2023. She is a member of the Finance and Planning Committees and advises on Speldhurst Chapel Project and Langton Green Pavilion.

Having grown up in West London, Caroline moved with her wife from Beaconsfield to Langton Green in early 2021, with their baby daughter arriving soon after in the midst of lockdown. The family is now enjoying getting out and about and familiarising themselves with their local area

Caroline has worked in the Housing sector for over 15 years, both for private and public organisations. Her current role at a national housing association includes managing Property Compliance and Building Safety matters for a large property portfolio (67,000 homes). She is also a Board Member of a specialist Housing Association that provides affordable housing for women escaping domestic abuse, survivors of trafficking, and women leaving prison.

We feel most fortunate to be able to benefit from Caroline’s experience, which is particularly relevant to some of our current projects.

You can contact Caroline via the Clerk, and view her Notification Form here.
